Experienced Aircraft Assemblers

Location: Calgary, AB

  • Assemble sheet metal parts and components to create sub-assemblies or finished products, adhering to strict quality standards
  • Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team, including engineers and machinists, to achieve seamless integration of sheet metal components into larger assemblies

Experienced & Inexperienced Aircraft Assemblers

Location: Victoria, BC

  • Assemble sheet metal parts and components to create sub-assemblies or finished products, adhering to strict quality standards
  • Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team, including engineers and machinists, to achieve seamless integration of sheet metal components into larger assemblies

Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Avionics

(Licensed & Unlicensed)

Location: Calgary, AB

  • Perform electrical wire and systems installation tasks in a manufacturing production environment
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems and equipment, including communication, navigation, flight control, and entertainment systems
  • Repair, fabricate parts, fabricate per drawings and standard practices wire bundles and assemblies to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors

Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Structures

(Licensed & Unlicensed)

Location: Calgary, AB

  • Perform structural repairs/major mods installation tasks in a manufacturing production environment
  • Complete structural repairs/major mods in accordance with drawings
  • Repair, fabricate parts and components; fabricate per drawings and standard practices

Aircraft Maintenance Technician – Mechanics

(Licensed & Unlicensed)

Location: Calgary, AB

  • Perform systems installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs under supervision, including powerplant, flight control, hydraulic, landing gear, and electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and schematics; properly use and maintain tools, test equipment, and ground support equipment; ensure workplace safety and report hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensure part traceability, and manage tool inventory while taking direction from leadership and supporting shift work as required.

Aviation Machinist

Location: Victoria, BC

  • Machine aircraft parts and tooling from routine and exotic materials using conventional and CNC equipment
  • Program CNC equipment and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards
  • Estimate and plan projects to be completed on time and within budget
